Entrance to the house is via sweeping stone steps taking you through into the cool entrance hall. As this is normally a family home, it is the ground floor only of the house that is available for a holiday let and comprises a double bedroom and a twin/double bedroom, both air-conditioned. Both bedrooms have access to the same shower room.
There is an additional guest room available close to the house – this can take three teenagers comfortably although the ideal would be for two. This bedroom, too, is air-conditioned with en-suite shower room.

The house is comfortably furnished including two inviting sofas in the inside living area (not air-conditioned), with a dining table off to one side which joins the spacious kitchen.

The living room, dining room and kitchen all open out onto the outer terrace where there is a further dining table, lush gardens, and a large swimming pool. At one end of the pool you can relax on a swing chair, or sip your drink under the makuti roofed pagoda.
Access to a small secluded beach on Mida Creek is via a gate directly off the property.
The property is served by a large auto start generator should power be cut at any time. Securicor place a night guard each evening.
