Welcome to Laganini Beach House a 4 bedroom beachfront house built in modern Lamu style with a grand entrance and breathtaking views.
As you come through the beautiful Lamu door, you'll be greeted by an enormous staircase that leads down to the pool and the Watamu Marine Park beyond.
At the top of the stairs, to the right is a magnificent living room and bar area with unbelievable views. Step out onto the large terrace and you'll discover a dining table perfect for outdoor dining, and a cozy, covered seating area that overlooks the pool. Steps lead down to the pool surrounded by an enormous entertaining space, complete with a bar, dining, and seating area. Sunbeds are set around the pool and a gated path leads down to the beach.
On the bedroom wing of the house, there are two large bedroom suites on each floor. The ground floor bedrooms have direct access to the garden, giving you the perfect view of the idyllic surroundings.
(Please note that due to the design of the balcony areas opening out into the central staircase this house is not currently suitable for children under the age of 10.)
The first bedroom on the ground floor is a twin room that can become a double. With air-conditioning, overhead fan, fitted mosquito net, lovely ensuite shower room with plenty of storage.
The second ground floor guest suite has a double bed with air-conditioning, overhead fan, fitted mosquito net and a separate dressing room that leads to a beautiful ensuite shower room with the shower looking out onto a beautiful internal garden.
The first floor of the bedroom wing each have double beds with air-conditioning, overhead fan, fitted mosquito nets, ensuite shower rooms and open onto balconies looking out over the marine park.
The upper floor is kept locked for the owners use only.
Other fantastic features of Laganini Beach House include a private air-conditioned TV room to escape the heat of the day, which is next door to the modern spacious kitchen that leads through to the laundry area
Laganini Beach House have free Wifi and the property is fully staffed including a cook. There is parking space for two or three cars comfortably.
The house is only a mile down the beach from Ocean Sports and a about a ten minute walk to Tribe Watersports kite-surfing school for those wishing to test their skills. They will also hire out Stand Up Paddle (SUP) boards to allow you to keep them at the house and head out into the marine park when you want.
Laganini Beach House can sleep up to 8 guests (including children above the age of 10) and is staffed with a cook, housekeeper, gardener and security.
