Blue Bay Beach House is a fabulous beachfront house with swimming pool, providing stunning views of the spectacular rocky outcrops that define the breathtaking Blue Bay Lagoon in Watamu.

The outside area is beautifully filled with a variety of inviting places to sit and enjoy a refreshing drink while taking in the stunning view across the shimmering pool and out towards the breathtaking Blue Bay. A charming covered verandah stretches gracefully across the front of the house, offering plenty of cosy seating options and an outdoor dining space perfect for gathering with friends and family. Additionally, on one side of the house, you'll find a fabulous makuti covered bar that features extra seating a BBQ and a dart board, making it the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy a few sundowners.

Entering the beautifully designed house, you will find an expansive open living area that welcomes you with warmth and space, complete with an additional dining area nestled comfortably inside. . The spacious kitchen at the back, is fully equipped and thoughtfully arranged.

Also on the ground floor is a spacious double bedroom, beautifully air-conditioned for your comfort, complete with a private ensuite bathroom. This lovely room also opens directly out to the gardens, where you can enjoy the fresh air and serene surroundings.

At the top of the stairs, on the inviting first floor, there is an additional seating area that provides a comfortable space to relax and unwind. This cozy spot features a TV with DSTV for your entertainment and opens onto a spacious balcony that stretches along the entire length of the house, offering picturesque views and fresh air.

Also upstairs in the main house are 3 further bedrooms, each equipped with air-conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay, with fitted mosquito nets. Two of the bedrooms are spacious with large double beds and ensuite shower bathrooms, whilst Bedroom 2 is a large single and shares the guest shower bathroom. Guests can enjoy easy access to the balcony outside.

In addition to the spacious 4 Bedrooms located in the main house, just off to one side, you will find a charming double-story cottage that features one cozy bedroom downstairs. This inviting room is also air-conditioned and includes an ensuite bathroom, with doors opening out beautifully onto the lush garden. In addition there is room just off with a single lamu bed making his set up good for parents and child. Upstairs, there is an open roof space that can be used as an overflow area for teenagers or extra guests. This room is set under the traditional makuti roof and enjoys the benefit of the cooling natural breeze. Here there are three traditional Lamu beds, each equipped with mosquito nets and fans for comfort, as well as their own toilet and shower.

Blue Bay Beach House is fully staffed including a cook, house staff and a day and night watchman, making it an ideal choice for family and friends. There is an automatic generator in place should there be a power cut and the hot water is a solar system.

This wonderful beach house is conveniently located near a variety of local amenities, including bars, banks, an array of delightful restaurants, and charming shops. Notably, the nearby Blue Marmalade supermarket offers a convenient grocery delivery service right to the house. Furthermore, local fishermen often come by to provide you with an enticing selection of fresh seafood options. While you shop for your food and drinks, the attentive staff takes care of everything else, allowing you to truly relax and unwind during your stay – it’s the ultimate experience in self-catering luxury.
