TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT

A deposit of 50% of total cost is required within 3 days from the date of this form to ensure the booking and is to be accompanied with this form, signed and completed where indicated. The remaining 50% must be received by the Company a minimum of 21 days prior to occupation of the property.

CANCELLATION

If the Client should not pay the balance of the rental price by 14 days prior to occupation, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking and to retain the deposit in full.

If the Client should wish to cancel their booking after signing this document, the notification should be in writing and the following charges apply;

This booking is non transferable so if a change of house is required then the above cancellation fees still apply.

RENTAL DISCLAIMER

By signing this agreement, the guest confirms understanding and agrees to the following:

  • The property can only accommodate the number of people specified in the agreement. No additional overnight guests are permitted.

  • For any drinks parties or dinner events, the total number of attendees must not exceed 150% of the confirmed sleeping guests.

  • No parties or events are allowed at the property. In the interest of good neighbourliness, occupants are requested to avoid noise and behaviour that might constitute a nuisance.

  • The house is a private residence and must be treated with respect. Care must be taken with the Owners property and everything should be left in the condition it was found.

  • Staff are present for your convenience; please be considerate of their work hours, which are limited to 8 hours per day.

  • Guests are expected to be respectful and understanding of the staff and their duties.

  • Any breakages or damages to the Property must be reported immediately to the Company and an assessment will be made on whether charges are appropriate – failure to report this will affect future bookings.

  • The Company assumes no liability for loss or damage to person or property of the occupants of the Property.
