Denise House is a charming 3-bedroom villa that also includes a separate one-bedroom cottage. It is situated on the second row, just behind Ocean Sports, offering a peaceful and convenient location. The property is only a short walk away from the public beach access, where you can watch the deep-sea fishing boats gently floating on the sparkling water.

The main house is entered through a charming verandah with comfortable seating that overlooks the sparkling pool below. Upon entering, you step into the dining space, which offers a welcoming area for meals and gatherings. To the left of the dining area is a spacious, air-conditioned sitting room, thoughtfully designed with plenty of cozy spots to relax in the refreshing coolness. This room also features a large TV enabling you to log in to your Netflix to keep the children entertained during the warmest hours of the day (it should be noted that the TV is not connected to any satellite service). On the right side of the entry, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, as well as the stairs that lead up to the inviting bedrooms above.

Upstairs, you will find three spacious double bedrooms, each comfortably air-conditioned and featuring ensuite shower bathrooms for your convenience. Two of these bedrooms also boast their very own private terraces, complete with cozy seating areas that offer stunning views overlooking the sparkling pool and beautifully manicured garden below.

In the garden, there is a charming, separate one-bedroom cottage that offers complete privacy and comfort. It features its own cozy sitting room with a TV for relaxing evenings and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The bedroom is furnished with two double beds and includes an ensuite shower bathroom, making it an ideal space for families or groups traveling together.

Denise House includes a housekeeper/gardener and if a cook is required, a casual can be arranged at an additional charge.

The house is equipped with reliable solar backup power, as well as a generator to provide uninterrupted electricity in the event of a power cut. Additionally, there is a spacious garage with room for two cars, and the inviting pool area features a BBQ, perfect for relaxing and entertaining outdoors.
