Kasuku House is a luxury, newly renovated and spacious 4-bedroom villa that also features a charming one-bedroom guest house. This delightful property is ideally situated, offering stunning views that overlook the picturesque mangroves and the tranquil waters of Mida Creek. Imagine enjoying breathtaking sunsets on the rooftop balcony while savoring refreshing drinks and delicious snacks—this experience will undoubtedly become a memorable highlight of your stay! The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, providing ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. However, it can also conveniently host up to 13 guests if at least three of them are children comfortably nestled in small beds. It's important to note that the house is not suitable for more than 10 adults, ensuring a cozy and intimate atmosphere for your holiday.

You can easily access the beautiful creek from below the inviting swimming pool, via a very picturesque channel that winds its way through the lush mangroves. This charming route is not only easily navigable but also offers the perfect opportunity to swim or enjoy stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) out to the creek. Boards are conveniently available for both short and long-term rental from Tribe Watersports, making it simple to join in the fun. In the past, many guests have enjoyed the experience of swimming one way and then ‘floating with the tide’ in the other direction—either toward the serene creek or back towards the house. This journey is best during the spring tides, but it's important to check the tide schedule beforehand, as the currents can be quite strong at times.

The magnificent entrance gracefully transitions into a stunning hallway that showcases beautiful design touches throughout the entire space. This elegantly designed hallway leads out onto a charming ‘makuti’ covered terrace area, with inviting and comfortable seating arrangements. Every corner of this terrace offers breathtaking views overlooking the sparkling swimming pool, sunbeds and a covered outside dining area and separate games hut creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment.

The ground floor of the main house includes a magnificent kitchen where the chef produces an array of dishes for you to enjoy.

Also located on the ground floor is the first of the four beautifully designed bedrooms in the main house. This particular room is a twin bedroom and the only one without air-conditioning. However, it features a cooling overhead fan, and the natural breeze that flows through the house helps keep the room comfortably cool. The bedroom includes plenty of hanging space for your clothes, a convenient dressing table for getting ready, and a modern ensuite shower bathroom for your privacy and comfort. The perfect choice for children, providing them with a comfortable and inviting atmosphere to enjoy their stay.

On the first floor, you will find an additional two spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with their own unique character and beautiful individual design touches that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Both of these bedrooms are fully equipped with air-conditioning, fitted mosquito nets for comfort, ceiling fans to keep the air fresh, and private ensuite shower bathrooms that offer convenience and privacy.

Between these two luxurious bedrooms is a spacious inside living area opening out onto a beautiful covered terrace with plenty of places to relax and drink in the view.

The 2nd floor gracefully houses the beautiful master bedroom, a cozy and inviting indoor sitting room. The spacious master bedroom includes a fabulous ensuite bathroom that offers stunning views overlooking the peaceful mangroves, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

On the top floor, nestled to one side, is a wonderfully comfortable air-conditioned TV room—an ideal spot for escaping the warmth and heat of the day while relaxing in a cozy, inviting atmosphere.

The roof top of this incredible property features a magnificent entertainment space, featuring a beautiful bar that stretches elegantly along the back wall. This area also includes a spacious dining table, comfortable seating areas, and a stunning circular seating arrangement that is absolutely perfect for enjoying sundowners while taking in the breathtaking daily sunsets. It’s a truly special spot designed for relaxation and memorable gatherings.

Meanwhile, the charming one-bedroom cottage is a wonderful addition to the main house, featuring a stunning double bedroom suite that provides comfort and relaxation. It also includes a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy dining area, making it perfect for intimate meals. Additionally, it boasts its very own private terrace, where you can unwind and enjoy the lovely surroundings.

The house is staffed with a cook, caretaker and gardener and a night askari - there is a solar power and a small backup generator in the event of a power cut.
