AMENITIES

Sanjarah Villa is a lovely three-bedroom villa nestled in Mida Forest at the south end of Watamu, comfortably situated just a 15-minute walk from the beach and only a few minutes' stroll to the peaceful Mida Creek.

This oasis is set in a beautiful lush, walled garden with a gorgeous swimming pool, entertaining areas and a long veranda with dreamy day-beds. A special feature of the villa is the Lamu style roof top terrace which overlooks the forest.

The wonderfully designed open-plan kitchen and living area overlooks the pool and garden, and include two desks plus plenty of storage. The villa is fully equipped for self-catering, and a welcome pack with essentials is provided on arrival, with strong Wi‑Fi throughout. An additional dining table for six sits just outside the kitchen-living area, perfect for relaxed alfresco meals.

The villa is fully staffed and will be cleaned daily, including pool maintenance. For an additional fee, a private cook can also be arranged.

The villa comfortably sleeps up to six adults and one small child or baby; a travel cot can be provided on request. There are three bedrooms – two of the double bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning, while the family room shares a separate bathroom. All beds are fitted with overhead fans and mosquito nets for added comfort and protection.

Two night minimum in low season and five nights in high season and three nights in shoulder season.

There is back up generator and solar hot water system, and the villa has its own rainwater tank. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, hob cook top and a microwave, along with a coffee filter.

A night watchman is always on site and back up security is provided by Sentry.

There are dogs on the plot but the cottage has it’s own fence - no additional pets allowed.
